Blank MSS report with no data

Hi,

I am new to the SDN and new to ESS-MSS. Can you please help me in this issue? Issue is:

For a couple managers while we are running MSS stffing Report we are getting no data in Quality and Production but we are getting data in development server. What can be the issue? From where I will start? Plz help.
