How to add Tasks to the Work List

Hi,

I want to add a Task to the Work List. Currently the following Tasks are available

1) Retirement without revenue

2) Retirement with revenue

3) Change asset w/o dialog (bulk change)

4) Intercompany Asset Transfer.

I want to add the Task Asset Transfer with in the same Company code. Any suggestions how a New Task can be added to the Work List.
