Transfer attachment from ECC PR to SRM SHC

Hi All

Could anybody tell me how to transfer attachments from R/3 PR to SRM SC?

(SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 EHP4)

About transfer of attachment from SRM SHC to ECC PO, I could confirm that it is possible owe to the below site.

Hi,

Please transfer PR via ESOA. I do not see any attchment structure in BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER.

Hi,

CPPR:Collective Processing of Purchase Requisitions is available in ERP 6.0 EhP4.

Please check the configuration guides in SAP Solution Manager or downloaded offline version in SAP Service Marketplace.

There is CPPR:Collective Processing of Purchase Requisitions section in Strategic Sourcing, Service Procurement Classic and Plan-Driven Procurement.

Hi,

Please go to SPROXY transaction in ERP and search Service Interface PurchaseRequestERPSourcingRequest_Out.

You see Attachment Folder elements in External View/Internal View.

Also you can search it in ES Workplace. http://esworkplace.sap.com/sdn

Well, I assume that I use GOS for creating attachment without using DMS .

in the case of it, Is attachment transfered from ECC PR to SRM SHC?

Please let us know your test result with GOS and DMS case. I don't know the technical difference.

Hi,

Here are my findings.

- Attachment transfer is available in both RFC and ESOA.

- GOS attachment in RP is not transfered in standard because it is not in item level.

Hi Masa,

I have made the DMS configuration in R/3 side. I think when SC are created using BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER program, the attachments in PR is also transferred to SRM, but that's not happening.

I am also not able to debug the PR transfer to SRM as the function module  BBP_BC_EXTREQ_INB is called in background task. Any ideas / pointers on this would be of great help.
