Partner Profile Creation

Hi,

We need to create Partner profile in our ECC6.0 system for MDLW Agreement.

I am new to partner profile so please guide how can we create it.

You can have two types of partner profile inbound or outbound. You'll have to define & configure them in WE20.

But you'll have to get the information on the idoc/message types etc from your functional consultants (if you don't have it already).

Also, for the partner profiles to be defined successfully defined you'll need the following:

1. Logical System names (corresponding to individual clients in the SAP system) - - you can define them in txn BD54

2. RFC's in between the 2 systems.

3. Logical Ports corresponding to the RFC's in txn WE21.

Hi Shivam,

You can create a Partner Profile under transaction code WE20. Press "create" button and you can proceed. Its very easy to understand.

Please ensure that for the system for which you are creating a partner profile in WE20, it's entry should be there and working properly in WE21 and SM59.
