Need a report for inactive items during specific period

Dear All,

Our customer needs a report to display all inactive items (no marketing reports, no production order, no inventory transactions, etc) during a specific period. Is there any report in SAP that I can show them?

I know whenever we have a transaction in SAP, the itemcode will be gray out. We cannot remove the item. But they need a list of that. They need it for specific period only.

Should I build a user query for them? It will be very slow I feel. Thanks in advance.
