Issue while creating Sales Order

Hello All,

We have an IDES testing server in our company. Me any my colleagues are trying to implement and test few things in this box. We have set up complete org structure to create a Sales Order.

Now while creating a Sales Order we have encountered the following error on sales order save.

"Function module "/MAC/RSFM_USER_ORG_UNIT" not found.:

Can anybody guide to get this issue solved?

Have we missed any configuration which is causing this issue? Or what needs to be rectified?

Please use Google before posting a question. I simply copy-pasted the FM name into Google and the 3rd post from the top was the exact same question already asked on SCN just a month ago: https://answers.sap.com/questions/748241/function-module-macrsfm-user-org-unit-not-found.html

Hello Jelena,

Thanks for response. I already checked everything on google. That post says talk to Basis Team something is not installed properly. But what exactly is not installed correctly is not mentioned there.I am still searching what exactly needs to be done here. As there is zero help from my Basis Team on this issue.

Sorry, I'm not sure what are you expecting from SCN in this case. As pointed out in the answered question, this is part of Retail add-on. If it's incorrectly installed than an obvious solution is to (re)install it correctly. If another team is not doing their job then escalate to the manager.
