Queries on C4C on CRM Service Scenarios.

Hello Everyone,

I was just reading in C4C for CRM Service that currently the C4C supports only Service Tickets.

Following are my queries

How does this Service Ticket integrate with ECC?

For future releases are there Service Requests, Service Orders and Service Confirmations planned in C4C?
