The mailer can't create the PDF attachment if there is no printer. We found that making sure there is a default printer fixed our issue.

I noticed your SAP Attachment directory path was C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\Attachments\
The SAP Business One Service Manger "SBO Mailer" service running on your server actually sends out the emails for all of the clients. This process must be able to reference the same 'Attachment' path / file the user used when the attachment was created.
Step 1 - Create a <SAP_Server>\B1_Shr\Attachments directory for the users and the 'SBO Mailer' service to reference.
- - SAP creates the <SAP_Server>\B1_Shr as a shared directory during the installation
- - Allow all SAP users read / write access to this ..\Attachments directory
Step 2 - Change your SAP --> Administration --> System Initialization --> General Settings --> Path tab --> Attachments Folder reference to the <SAP_Server>\B1_Shr\Attachments directory.
The users and the 'SBO Mailer' service will then be able to reference the same attachment directory and file
Check what is your setup under Admin - Sys Init - General Settings - Display & Path for attachment.

Thanks for the link. I read through it, but my paths are already set to the local drive. The path I am using is :
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One\Attachments\
I have full access to the path ie. I can modify/read and write in that location. Is there anything else that could be causing this?
Edit: The attachments are being created in the folder. The emails are just not being sent.
regards,
Costas
