In Business Partner Master Data Property Tab checkbox is not appearing , even after login with manager.

Hi RS........

I guess you need to go for Fresh Installation for this. This might be just a Display issue. Or before that you can do one thing. Check OCRD table and try to find these Properties field If its there then no problem but if its not there then it might be deleted. But hope so this would not be done.

If using any addon then just disconnect it and try to restart your machine......

If nothing apply, clean reinstall of B1 client is needed.

Log Out of SAP B1, right click on the network Icon and choose repair, then log back into SAP B1 to see if the problem still exists.

I have similar thing not appearing and doing the repair on the network connection corrected the problem.

Hi,

The issue you have mentioned here must not be with every user in the database. Only few specific users will be affected with the issue.

You can check the Note No. : 1224747 and check the solution in the COPY of the database.

HI,

Check if there is addon to hide the tab. if no addon, you must reinstall B1 completely from server application to B1 client application.
