Refresh option for viewing latest instance is disabled...

Hi Experts,

I am using live office connection to bring the webi reports data into the xcelsius dashboard.

I want to see the latest instance of the report in the xcelsius dashboard. I came to know that we have to use the option of view latest instance where the current user can be specified in the refresh option.

But the problem is that the option is disabled.

How can i get it enabled??
