HI,
I have installed PI7.1. I could able to login through SAP GUI pad however when trying to login to ESR, SLD components using the same user, it is throwing an error "user authentication failied".
Please help in this regards.
Thanks and Regards,
Ravindra.
Hi Ravi,
Please proceed as below:
From Control Panel, go to Java -> General tab, Temporary Internet Files
-> View... -> Delete all the content there.
Then go to:
> Integration buider page http://<host>:<port>/rep
> Administration
> Tab - Directory (Repository as well)
> Java Web Start Administration
> Restore Archives and Generate New Signature
You may have to do this more than once.
After, restart the J2EE instance from the SMICM
Also, as a recommendation, update the Java version to the latest one for the 1.5,
since it's a 7.1 system.

As said you have to complete post intallation procedure for Java and Abap stacks. It has to be done using Cogfiguration wizard from NWA.
If you have already done it the check roles that you have assigned to username. Check if you are able to logon to NWA.

Hi my friend,
First of all, did you run the post installation wizard for PI 7.1 since it's mandatory in this release?
If we can pass this one, then it seems to be sth wrong with SSO. Did you manually change PI work client?
