quality analysis through external source

Hi gurus,

I have one question -

I have my plant in India & in UK we have a ware house. I am sending my Finished product in UK and their they will do goods reciept 101 movement type. After that the stock goes in quality but the problem is for quality approval samples are send out.

And we wont get back the samples but only quality certificate,

So can anyone help me to map this scenario in SAP system.
