I have 2 company use the same BPF instance, one is complete all steps, one is not, how can I reopen the instance for complete one, and not influence another one?
As far as I know, once all the steps are completed, you cannot re-open the steps of that instance. The only alternate would be to delete everything from the tables pertaining to that instance and recreate the instance.
