Several export functions unavailable

I am running Xcelsius 5.3.3.0 on Win 7 x64. I am trying again to reuse Xcelsius after months of waiting for Win 7 support.

Unfortunately, export to swf, AIR, HTML are all greyed out. I can preview fine and export to .pdf.

Any idea why this is not working and how to fix?
