    Hi,

Since the PR you have created with an account assignment F an ibternal order which will be created at KO01 would have bben in the sttus open. Please cclose that order and settele the costs and check. or it would have been in the open stsus still ?

    Hi,

In you case, you can set flag the corresponding PR items for deletion instead of deletion completely.

    OR

if ur business permit , you can delete PR which has acct assigment as F , you can use transaction MEMASSRQ

    • Hi,

      May be several reasons

option-1: Check the screen layout of PR (document type)for Deletion icon & closed icon is in display or can be changed mode

option-2: authorization to users for Deletion icon & closed icon of PR

option-3: Check the release indicator is set as 1 for PR which indicate, once PR released ,PR can not be changed.

      option-4: PR may be blocked

      Regards,

      Biju K
