is it possible in SAP-PP module or in MM module to create a movement type and cutomize it.

Use tcode OMJJ to create a new movement type as a copy of the existing movement type.

In OMJJ you can create a new movement type as per your requirement.
Its better to copy the existing movement type and then clone it as per your requirement.
