Can we record incoming call in SAP C4C and save it for future requirement.

I have a requirement where i need to record incoming calls and save it in text format, so that in future i can search the recording with the text , also i need to record screen of the agent

to have insight what agent performs while taking calls. Please share information how to achieve these.
