What are the tools available in marketing to monitor various activities like import and export of data via file and interface.

It depends on which SAP Marketing version you have implemented. If you are referring to SAP Marketing Cloud or SAP Marketing on-Premise 1809, there are some Fiori apps that help you to monitor the data in the system like:

  • Data Load Monitor
  • Import Monitor
  • Application log
  • Marketing Data Stewardship
  • Browse Contact Origin Data
  • Browse Interaction Data
  • Monitor Campaign Execution
  • Campaign logs within Campaign app
