Values in table SXS_MLCO - error in creating appraisal forms (short dump)

Dear Experts,

In SAP HCM Performance Management we use the BADI definition HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FREE. This BADI is also listed in table SXS_MLCO.

In our development and production system the value 'N' is registered, meaning that there is no conflict with multiple implementations of this BADI. In our QAS system the value is 'C', meaning there is a conflict with multiple implementations of this BADI.

The value should also be 'N' in the QAS. Because of the value 'C' we get a shortdump when creating appraisal forms.

Can you please help me how to change this value? I can not change it via a transport from development, because the only allowed values are 'X' or 'space'. So 'C' and 'N' aren't even allowed values, although they are the only values I see at all BADI implementations.
