AA698 asset accounting

Hi,

I', trying to post an invoice in MIRO, but i got this error:

SYST: Abnormal termination (ANLB-LGJAN not equal to ANLC-GJAHR) Asset 457I1000000124970000

Message no. AA698

Asset affected: 100000012497-0000

Diagnosis

Processing terminated due to a system error.

System Response

Internal tables ANLB-LGJAN and ANLC-GJAHR of asset 457I1000000124970000 are not synchronous.

Procedure

Contact your system administrator

Hi, Nbguerreiro:

Is your asset master created in the same system or transferred from legacy system?

It is obvious that there is something inconsistency happening between tables ANLB and ANLC.

If it is from legacy system, you may take this as reference:

To load legacy data into, say, 2008 you must do the following:

1. Close the fiscal year 2008 (so that no further postings can occur). Use Transaction AJAB for this

2. - and this is what you will have missed - change the current fiscal year in AJRW to 2009. This sets the current year in table T093C - it's that value that's tripping you up.

the asset is from the same system.

In OAAQ i have 2008, and in the table T093C we are in 2010.

should i reopen yhe FY in the AJRW? it will update the data?
