Iview opened using SAP shortcut file casus problems while open

Iview opened in SAPGUI with the following properties.

Technique to Start SAP GUI for Windows = "SAP Shortcut File"

Transaction Code = "SMEN"

While SAPGUI window open, all other transaction Iviews with properties.

Technique to Start SAP GUI for Windows = "Structured Storage Document"

Launch in New Window = "Display in Portal Content Area"

Open in SAPGUI sessions.

Once SAPGUI sessions closed, Iviews revert back to opening in Portal Content Area.

Sevice configuration of com.sap.portal.appintegrator.sap is set ups as.

SAP GUI for Windows only: Limit Number of SAP GUI for Windows Sessions = true

SAP GUI for Windows only: Transactions Requiring SAP Shortcut File = RRMX,RRMXP,SMEN

Has this happened to anyone else?

Any Idea how to resolve this?

Problem solved by selecting ECC transcation OAG1 "Include ICL control"
