Error "Address is still being used and cant be deleted" while deleting the contact from Customer.

We are deleting the Contact from Customer contacts but we are showing an error "Address is still being used and cant be deleted" in Web-UI. Contact person still appears in the system even after deleting the relationship. When we tried another contact for the customer, the similar error message pops up. Kindly assist.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. However we still facing similar error "Address is still being used and cant be deleted" in Web-UI with other contacts as well. Moreover we are still not able to delete the original contact person. Though we have deleted the relationship. We have applied note 830239 as well as 837151 & 649355 for this error.

    Where can we find the Opportunity report to find the data inconsistency for such an error?

    Can you also advise how to data inconsistencies in ADRU table in order to have an overview about numbers of contacts affected?

    Hello,

    The error is because the address was still used in other business document.
    If you really need to delete them, you could perform the manual steps in note 830239.

    Hi,

    We are deleting the Contact from Customer contacts but we are showing an error "Address is still being used and cant be deleted" in Web-UI (Stand alone CRM). We have deleted the relationship from Customer. But problem still persist. When we tried to remove relationship for another contact for the customer, the similar error message pops up.

    We have applied note 830239 as well as 837151 & 649355 but of no use.

    Once we deleted the phone number of person with table ADRU, we are able to delete the contact person. However, this procedure have created data inconsistency and effecting the other phone numbers of the account.

    Can you also advise how to check data inconsistencies in ADRU table in order to have an overview about numbers of contacts affected?
