Mail to Supplier During goods receipt Output determination

Hi members,

I need to send email notification to my vendor for GR posted less then PO quantity or for Partial GR posting .

Can this be configured in standard ?

Which output type should I use ?

How do I maintain that for vendor A mail should be sent and for Vendor B mail should not be sent ?

May be we can use Output Type MLUD GR under/Over deliv.
