certification exam in singapore

HI FRIENDS I AM DHANUNJAY. I came to know that with out taking sap training in sap authorized training centres like siemens,genovate we can write sap certification exam directly in singapore. is it correct ? if it is right please suggest me how should i approach and whom should i contact?. I cant spend 3.5 lakhs for certification training if it is direct exam i can prepare with out any training with less expenditure. so please guide me
