Please forgive me I new to Crystal Reports

We are ruuning Crystal Reports 11.0.0.1282, it has been running fine.

THe MSSQL server was 2000, but we need to upgrade the server to 2005 SP3 for a different app on the server. Also installed .net 3.51

I did the opgrade and all went well. Then Crystal started haveing problems. It did start one time after a reboot but stopped at some point during the night.

The Report Application Server service will not start. It always show these two errors in event log
