Multi provider reading data problem

Hi Experts,

I have a multi cube based on two planning cubes in BI-IP . One of them is for currencies. And other one is for expenses.

Im multiplying expenses with currencies with a planning function created on an aggregation level on Multi provider.

For two years, this function was working fine. But now, it cannot read the currency data from Currency cube.

I checked the assign characteristics and key figures in multi cube. When i re- assigned and activated the multi provider , function worked ok. But one day later, when i execute the planning function, it didnt work again. And i assigned and activated multicube again, it worked. I couldnt understand what the problem is.

PS: I checked data and characteristics of cubes. They are all active and there is data.

Any ideas ?

hello

As I understood, if you reassign it and reactivate you are able to run such function imedially after that. But the same fails one day later. Try to identify if there is some process running before it fails.

Hello Lucimar,

Thanks for your reply. I had checked what processes run behind at nights. Only backup is taken every night.

And sometimes,data is loaded to this planning cube also. (By closing packages, changing load behaviour , loading and rechanging to planning mode ). But it shouldnt effect, becouse those processes were running before also.

Only thing i am suspicious is, live system was transforted to a new machine. Can it effect ?
