Hi,

As i understand that you wanted to execute the RA and Settlement for the costs/Revenues posted to the CO object inrelation to the Sales Order. You can check the line item report for the CO object (KVBI for the Sales Order item, CJI3 for the WBS/project) to see where the costs/revenue are posted and proceed for the RA accordingly.

In cases where the Sales Order item only carries the costs and the revenues are posted to Project, then Sales Order costs are supposed to be settled to the Project first and subsequently the Costs and Revnues booked to the Project are processed using RA and Settlement and transferred to COPA.

Hi Ajay,

I have even tried with KKA3, the error as follows:

Account assignment cannot be carried out because of different origin no.

Message no. V1134

Diagnosis

The sales document to which you want to refer is based on sales document

2462113 and item 000010. Therefore, the settlement and possibly inventory

management are carried out using the number of the preceding document.

System response

This entry is not allowed.

What to do

Enter the document and the item number of the preceding sales document.
