Unable to do PGI

Hi Friends,

When I am trying to do the PGI from a delivery, system say its done but when i check the document flow there is no PGI request no.

When I try and check the delivery for PGI it says PGI not done. Can someone please advice.

HI Wasim,

After clicking the PGI as per my understanding system is system is saving the delivery but goods issue is not done reason might be the update termination error. Can you check whether any update termination error meaasge is generated in the business work place. If you have any update termination error related to the delivery you have to take help of technical guy to analyse the actual issue.

Hi,

I was getting update termination error and the same has been sorted out, now when I am trying to do PGI it is giving no error but when i go to the document flow to check it, its not there.

The material document is not getting generated.

Hi Wasim,

This is strange, system should give an error message.

Sometimes, system does give termination error in background. Go and check SM13 and look for your user id if you find any.

Just reconfirm it.

If it is still not done then I would advise you to take help from technical guy to debug and put a break point on this while performing the PGI.

Please confirm and share the results.
