Tax in punch-out catalog

Dear SRM Guru's,

Our customer has SRM5.0 runnig in Classic mode.

Tax determination is set to be done in the back-end.

Now we are about to add a new punch-out catalog of a supplier and in the OCI they also send a tax code.

My question is if it possible to adapt this tax code in the SC and follow-on documents.

Is the BADI BBP_DET_TAXCODE_BADI a possibility?

Hi,

If you need tax to be determined you can use the catalog transfer badi which influences the data being populated from catalog to SC. In this badi you can build the logic for tax determination.

It is not possible to copy Tax code from SRM to R/3, but there is a method for automatically fill tax code in R/3 for these items
