No print - Certificate number

I am not able to see the WHT Certificate number in the WHT report S_P00_07000134. I have properly configured the number range for Certificates but still somehow it is not appearing in the report.

Problem:

I don't get the report IDWTCERT_CO_02 number the withholding tax reporting

Information:

Country: Ecuador

Report Type: Copy report standard (IDWTCERT_CO_02 )
