customer INC1 doesn't exists(please change entry in plant INC1)

Hi Team,

one of our user is creating the STPO and sourcing plant is IT01 and recieving plant is INC1when he was creating the STPO user gets the error message customer INC1 doesn't exists(please change entry in plant INC1)also shipping tab is not triggered in the PO.kindly help me to solve the error.

To create STO receiving plant need to be configured as Plant customer.Please create Plant customer through XD01 transaction.After this system will automatically bring you shipping tab in PO.
