Dispute Management:Correspondence

Dear All

When we create the dispute case system automatically create the correspondence for customer that dispute case is created. But the system send it for print. Although in the configuration we have mail, fax and print. Can anyone tell how system automatically determine to print it instead of email or fax.

Precedence depends upon the "condition no." set up against each of the communication methods defeined for each of the action definition, in your case, Dispute case creation.

Hi

When we create the dispute case the it is always select the print although the condition set for it is 3. Please advise if 3 is considered as first option or 1 in that case. As per my understanding system should always go for condition 1 which is in our case email. Further, in which case system instead of email go to fax is when system not find the email address in the contact detail
