Contract can not be able to delete due to Internal error

Hi,

I have to delete a Contract in VA42.

When i delete it , the System gives the below error :

*Internal error in communication between configuration and sales doc.GET_CONFIG_MODE**

**Message no. V1854**

Diagnosis

Internal error in communication between configuration and sales document in the form GET_CONFIG_MODE

System Response

The system cannot continue so terminates processing.

Procedure

Inform your system administrator.

Due to this error , i can not delete the Contract.

Please tell me how to delete the Contract in such situation.

The basic problem is because of an inconsistent configuration for the sales Order . Please run the report

RCU_CHECK_CONFIGURATION as described in the note 901893

Also Check the OSS note 836097, 900047 200914
