      Hi Suman,

We had a same problem with OTF to PDF conversion during ECC5 to ECC6 upgrade. We converted our logic to use BCS class and methods. Try to implement following logic.

      - create spool for your smartform/script

      - convert generated spool to pdf (in xstring format) using CONVERT_OTFSPOOLJOB_2_PDF function module

      - use xstring_to_solix method of class CL_BCS to convert hex to Solix format

      - Fillup appropriate parameters of CL_BCS class and use SEND method to send pdf in email.

      - You may use ADD_ATTACHMENT method to have this pdf document as an attachement to mail

you should also refer BCS_EXAMPLE_6 demo program.
