Dear folks,
I have made a structural authorization (OOSP) to have an access on employees positioned on Default position '99999999'.
The structural authorization is not working.
FYI : Default position does not belong to any organization unit. All the retirees / separated employees are positioned on the default position.
The authorization is working on any other position which belong to any organization unit.
Please guide of what settings to incorporate in HR Authorization Main switch table (OOAC) so that this works.
Please also guide about its impact on other things.
Thanks.

Hi
I have similar issue , where only few users need access to the terminated employees in default position . At the moment the switch value is 1 , which rejects access to the employees on the default position . Any suggestions .
Thanks
Prasad

Hi,
please check note 339367:
Setting AUTSW ORGPD in table T77S0:
Setting 1: If an organizational unit is assigned in infotype
0001, the system checks against this organizational unit. If no
organizational unit is assigned, the system rejects the
authorization.
Setting 2: The system does not evaluate the organizational unit
and rejects the authorization.
Setting 3: If an organizational unit exists, the system checks
against this organizational unit. If no organizational unit is
assigned, it grants the authorization.
Setting 4: The system does not evaluate the organizational unit
and grants the authorization.
You should use setting 3 or 4...
Regards,
Ana
