Group Everyone have always Full control on any KM folder

Hello,

I am using BI 7.0 in my portal, users are saving their work in Bex Portfolio (map to Public Documents) and in their own "Favorites"

I need to secure my KM "public document" folders, I followed note 599425, but still any user from any group can create, delete or change authorization on folders and documents anywhere. In fact anywhere but in "root/userhome" fortunatly at least, there, authorizations works fine. Only The designated user can use it.

I checked differences, but I found nothing special.

Any Idea ? Is there a check box somewhere to activate ACL manager on specific folders ?

I found a radical solution :

1 - remove any authorization for the folder but you (owner) -> save

2 - set new groups -> save

it works, end user can't even see the folder if he's not in the group.
