User disappeared from approval tab

hi masa,

please guide me in the below issue.

if the PO is changed by a user from qty 1-5 it goes for approver .When he rejects that.system doesnt send any mail to the person who has changed the PO qunatity and also approver will be disappeared from the approval tab.

we are currently on SRM 7.0 .we have standalone scenario.Is this a Bug?

Which workflow template do you use? Do you use change version for PO?

we are using the standard template WS40000014. we are not using version in PO.

What is the Support Package level for SRM?

Can you see rejected approver in BBP_PD transaction?

What is the test result when PO is approved? Is there approver name?

please find the details

Support pack level is 7

i am not able see rejected approver in BBP_PD

once PO is approved we are able to see the approver name

Its happening only when the user changes and if Approver rejects
