Dear,
We are connecting Identity Management to Portal, what we would like is to turn off the obligatory u201Cpassword change at first logonu201D, since password set up with IDM (not SAP IDM) should be directly working as a target one.
Could you please advice, how to turn of the feature of u201Cchange password at first logonu201D at portal?
Kind Regards,
Karol
We are using portal (java) UME. Portal is on stand-alone Java system. I wonder if the "SSO" parameter would work, we are testing it now.

What is the UME source of your portal?
There are parameters to control this behaviour
Look in the range ume.logon
parameters l;ike ume.logon.security_policy.password_max_idle_time and ume.logon.force_password_change_on_sso
