It traces the history in the demand management, you have the

Client

requirement number ( link to table PBIM to know the material code)

Dates

Original plan

Withdrawal quantity (goods issue linked to this planned quantity)

qty in database (historical value )

Link this table with PBIM and you will have a complete picture. link thru BDZEI field.
