Dear Guru's

Can any1 explain how can we determine route in delivery against sales order when batch spilit is switched on?

Hi,

Route determination will work the same way for both batch split and non aplit scenario, since the route is determined at the header level and batches are at item level. So each delivery will have only one route.

Route determination is done with following

1. Transportation zone (From shipping point)

2. Shipping conditions (Either from sales document or ship to party custoemr master, if present at both levels sales document shipping conditions will take precedence)

3. Transportation zone (From customer master, ship-to party general data)

4. Transportation group (From material master View: SD: General/Plant)

And if you want to redetermine the route based on the weight group in delivery, it is still possible,

Your question is not clear...

1) I think route determination should work in the same way for items /w and w/o batch split.

2) How route determination works you can read in the help of customizing node:
