Creating Daily Backup and Weekly Cleanup Schedule

In the HANA Studio User Interface, how can I create a daily backup schedule for all databases, as well as a weekly clean up schedule?

What is the average space required on a HANA Linux database server's hard drive for SAP Business One database, log, and backup files for SMEs?
