Transport of Mass Processing chains, jobs, Activities and variant

Hi,

How can we transport Transport of Demand Planning Mass Processing chains, jobs, Activities and variants in APO DP to other clients.

Hi

You can use /SAPAPO/TSOBJ for transporting your all your background job and selection which are assinged to respective DP planning area.

Regarding job variants you can also follow the following steps.

They can be initiated from transaction SE38 or transaction SA38

1. Enter the name of the program the variant is to be transported for.

2. Select menu path \Goto\Variants.

3. Select menu path
Utilities\Transport request.

4. Click on the Excecute button (or PF8).

5. You will be prompted with a list and a request to select the variant to be transported. Select the variant(s) to be transported and click on the

'Continue' button.

6. You will be presented with the 'Change Request Query' screen. If a Change Request has already been created for the variant transport.

Regarding process chainsu2026you can go to RSA1-> Transport connections object Type

There you can find process chain object type , select the respective process chain and put into transport request.
