First of all SSL and SSO are 3 different things.
SSO is authentication and SSL can be HTTPS or between client browser and tomcat and Corba SSL , between all BOE servers.

So, which one do you want to implement ?
Corba SSL is described in Admin guide and Knowledge articles.
HTTPS SSL on tomcat is not SAP specific and there are plenty articles on the internet that describe the process.

SSO is described in Admin guide as well.

    Have you tried searching ?

    • Hi Denis,

Thank you for your reply. I am aware that SSL an SSO are 2 different things and my requirement is to get the SSO enabled with Azure AD (My SAP BI 4.2 SP5 (edge) installation is on single server and is on AWS) and as Azure AD only accepts HTTPS connections for SSO, I need to enable SSL. So as per my understanding SSL and SSO are interlinked in my situation (please correct me if i am wrong).

I have tried Corba SSL as per the documents in SAP blog but it did not work as expected. After a bit of reading i understood that Corba is not required and HTTPS configuration in Tomcat is what i am supposed to do.

I will now follow the steps in the below link:

      https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-8.5-doc/ssl-howto.html

Please could you let me know if the above setup in Tomcat is sufficient to enable SSO with Azure AD.

      Regards,

      Avinash
