need help in getting core competencies to insert in appraisal document

HI,

I have tried but not able to retrieve core competencies based on qualification ID to insert into appraisal document at time of creation.Can anyone please help?

Hi,

With "Core competency" do you mean essential requirements of a position?

If yes, you need to copy the enhancement HRHAP00_ENHANCE_FIX1 via SE19.

There in the ENHANCE_DOC method go to LOOP AT lt_r_profile into lw_r_profile. part and change it as follows:

LOOP AT lt_r_profile into lw_r_profile WHERE ESSESNTIAL EQ 'X'.

In you category and template use this new enhancement.

Thanks for ur kind response.But here the case is, core competencies(ie Qualifications) linked to qualification group ID(QK)(can get from Ztable) via evaluation path QUALCATA has to be read and should inserted into appraisal document

The evaluation path, QUALCATA, travels the relationship between the Qualification Group, QK and the Qualification.

This will follow nested Qualification groups to the individual Qualifications.

You can see this in the IMG under Personnel Management > Personnel Development > Basic Settings > Maintain Evaluation Paths.

Hi,

U can save competencies as qulaification group under specific qualitfication group and can use free enhancement badi- add qulaitification.
