Its done , followed below steps.
1. Go to the tenant on which SSO needs to be set up as admin.
2. Got to Administration WCF.
3. Go to Common Task WCV.
4. Click on configure single sign on.
5. On first tab , there is a button SP Metadata.
6. Send this File to your Idenity provider in our case its the IT team in my compony , He will maintain this file in the Identity Provider.
7. Once he does that the metadata file from service provider needs to be uploaded in second tab.
8. Save and activate. 9. Refresh Browser and clear cache , may be restart the system.
