Data Workbench Issue - Service Requests Import Not Working

Hello,


We are migrating Service Requests (Tickets) using the Data Workbench tool. We were able to import Service Requests for our Ticket Types earlier. However now we are seeing an error message, "Invalid or no mapping to system data types found".

Any pointers on this error message?

Hi Nikhil,

Have you noticed this error message after an upgrade to 1902? In any case it would be better to create an incident directly from the C4C tenant to cloud support so the colleagues can check from the backend.

Hello Jameel,

Thank you for your response. We have raised an Incident/OSS for the support team to look into. We are seeing this error only on one tenant in our landscape.
