Unable to change language on SAP Fiori Launchpad Sites (SCP - Portal service)

Hi,

I am unable to change language on SAP Fiori Launchpad Sites (SCP - Portal service). It is showing language as "EN" and there is no option to edit or select other language.

Below are the images of various screens:

We are accessing data on back-end system via oData provisioning service.

Please suggest how to make Language option editable.

I was able solve this issue by adding another language from SAP Cloud platform Fiori launchpad cockpit. As soon as you upload i18n file for another language on portal service, after clear cache and publish process, one can see the option to switch language.
