Limit access to a subnode of Org Stru

Hello Expert,

Is there any way to limit the access to display the Org Units and Positions to a certain section of the Org Plan displayed through PPOME transaction code. We do not want our users to have access to global structure, rather it should be limited to their own country or region.

Also I would like to limit the access to the position drop down on the infotype 0000 / 0001 say in PA40 or PA30. The drop down displays the structure and we would like to restrict the access.

Hi,

You need to şmplement structural authorization.

You need to specify the root organizational object and then evaluation path based on which hierarchy you want to restrict.
