problem in downloading sap gui

hye experts..

i am trying to download sap gui 720. for this i have followed the steps below

1. downloaded sap download manager

2. added the location and my suer credentials

3. next i have added the sap gui 720 from the location

4. Added the same to the cart and replicated the same in download manger

5. when i clicked download selected object

The download manager is just shuffling is redirecting and shuffiling with error of 403..

Is it not possible to download with S user id alone.. do i need some extra previalages to download..

Please help me in downloading SAP GUI..

You will need to make sure that your S-user has been granted the "Download Software" permission on the marketplace. Your Security or Basis Admin will likely know how to do this, or can download it for you.

Also, in SAP Download Manager check View>Download Manager Configuration

Address should be: http://service.sap.com

User is your S-User ID

Password: make sure this is correct

Populate the proxy server information, if your company uses a proxy server to get out to the Internet. Your Network Admin can give you this information.
