Disable features in DB2 9.5

How can I disable the following features in DB2 9.5? (Aix-R / 3 4.6C):

Features:

DB2 Database Partitioning Feature Total

DB2 Storage Optmization Feature Total

DB2 Performance Optimization Feature

Hello Paul,

Because these features require additional licenses.

I do not use these features and audit reported on the need for these licenses.

Is there any parameter to disable? Just thought commands to configure but it is not my case.
